(1) Every permit issued under this Part shall be in a form specified by the Commissioner and shall contain the relevant particulars prescribed in Schedule 9.
(2) A permit issued under this Part shall be effective only while the permit is displayed on the front of the vehicle as near as possible to the vehicle licence displayed in accordance with regulation 25.
