(1) Any person who-
- (a) contravenes any of the provisions of section 4, 9(1), 10, 11, 13, 15(1), (4) or (5), or 16(2); (L.N. 84 of 1984)
(b) being a person employed or working in a bathhouse-
- (i) fails to submit himself to medical examination when required to do so under the provisions of subsection (2) of section 15; or
(ii) fails to cease to work in any bathhouse when required to do so by the provisions of that paragraph; or
(2) In the event of any contravention of any of the provisions of section 7, 8, 9(2) or (3) or 12, the licensee of the bathhouse shall be guilty of an offence.
(3) Any person who is guilty of an offence under this Regulation shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine at level 2 and to imprisonment for 1 month and, where the offence is a continuing offence, shall be liable in addition to a fine of $50 for each day during which it is proved to the satisfaction of the court that the offence has continued.
