In this Order—
2011 census (2011普查) means a census of population referred to in section 3(1);
census reference moment (普查參考時刻) means 3:00 a.m. on 30 June 2011;
premises (處所) includes a staircase, corridor and unsheltered place;
vessel (船隻) means any description of vessel, whether or not it is used in navigation or constructed or adapted for use in navigation, and includes a ship and a boat.
