With effect from 2 December 2007, the operation of these regulations is suspended during the Concession Period referred to in s. 2(1) of the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation Ordinance (Cap 372), for details please see L.N. 111 and 200 of 2007.

These regulations may be cited as the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation Regulations.
