Any Certificate of Fitness for the Carriage of Dangerous Chemicals in Bulk issued by the Director pursuant to Annex II to MARPOL 1973/78 prior to the commencement of these regulations shall be deemed for all purposes to be a Certificate of Fitness for the Carriage of Dangerous Chemical in Bulk issued under these regulations and shall have effect according to its terms.
