(1) The Authority may set aside any land in an estate and designate it by signs for use. as a car park and may, in such manner as it thinks fit, limit the use of any car park to vehicles of any description or of any particular type or class, or may allocate any parking space in a car park for the use of any person or persons of any particular class, and revoke or amend any such limitation or allocation. (L.N. 418 of 1984)
(2) Paragraph (2) of by-law 5 shall apply to any car park in the same manner as that paragraph applies to places designated as parking places.
(3) The Authority may, in such manner as it thinks fit, limit the hours during which vehicles of any description or of any particular type or class may enter or use a car park.
