Notwithstanding the repeal of the Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance (Cap 141), these Regulations (now Cap 599 sub. leg. B) continue in operation and are deemed to have been made by the Secretary for Food and Health under section 7 of the Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance (Cap 599) ─ see section 17 of Cap 599.
