Regulation:	9A	Heading:	Barrier to prevent liquid livestock waste from escaping	Version Date:	30/06/1997

(1) Where free range livestock keeping is practised, the livestock keeper shall cause to be constructed permanent and impermeable barriers to prevent the escape of liquid livestock waste from the livestock premises, in accordance with the standards as specified in any Code of Practice relating to livestock waste.
(2) Any person who fails to comply with paragraph (1) commits an offence and shall be liable to a fine of $50000.
