The immigration examination signal referred to in section 3(1) of the Ordinance shall be-
(a) by day, the letters H.N.N., shown by means of signal flags; and
(b) by night, three lights coloured white in a vertical line one over the other, equally spaced at distances of not less than 1 m and visible from any direction at a distance of at least 1 nautical mile. (L.N. 268 of 1977; L.N. 103 of 1980)
