(1) There is established a body corporate with the name “Communications Authority” in English and “通訊事務管理局” in Chinese.
(2) The Authority—

(a) has perpetual succession under its corporate name;
(b) must provide itself with a common seal; and
(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
