The legal estate in any property whatsoever transferred to the corporation in any manner whatsoever shall in the event of the death of the Procurator for the time being in Hong Kong of the Portuguese Province of the Jesuit Order, or in the event of his ceasing to hold office as such Procurator, pass to his successor in such office when appointed.
