Nothing in this Ordinance contained shall be construed to limit the right of the Central People's Government to dismiss or terminate the appointment of the Commissioner of Police, or of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to dismiss or terminate the appointment of any other police officer, and without compensation.
