In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires-
petition (呈請、呈請書) means an election petition lodged under Part 7 of the Ordinance;
Registrar (司法常務官) means the Registrar of the High Court;
respondent (答辯人) means a respondent within the meaning of section 63(1) of the Ordinance.
