Any person who obstructs or resists any attendant or supervisor in the exercise of his duty or who fails to comply with any reasonable direction given by such attendant or supervisor for the purpose of giving effect to any of the provisions of this Regulation, shall be guilty of an offence, and shall be liable to a fine at level 1 and to imprisonment for 14 days.
