(1) No proprietor of any affected undertaking or affected industrial undertaking shall cause or permit any person employed therein to be exposed to ionizing radiations exceeding the dose limit as defined in relation to irradiating apparatus in the Radiation (Control of Irradiating Apparatus) Regulations (Cap 303 sub. leg. (2) Any proprietor of any affected undertaking or affected industrial undertaking who contravenes any of the provisions of subregulation (1) shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of $15000. (L.N. 98 of 1970)
