The legal estate in any property whatsoever transferred to the corporation in any manner whatsoever shall, in the event of the death of the Procurator for the time being in Hong Kong of the Pontifical Foreign Missions Institute, or in the event of his ceasing to hold office as such Procurator, pass to his successor in such office when appointed.
