In this order-
"domestic sewage" (住宅污水) has the meaning assigned to that term by section 9(3) of the Ordinance;
"domestic sewage treatment plant" (住宅污水處理裝置) means a plant at which domestic sewage is treated and in which 2 or more of the following categories of items are employed-

(a) a grit trap;
(b) a screen;
(c) a communitor;
(d) a sedimentation or settlement tank;
(e) aereation;
(f) biological treatment through the action of micro-organisms;
(g) a submarine pipeline leading to receiving waters;
