In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires-
"officer" (司法人員) means a judicial officer as defined in section 2 of the Judicial Officers Recommendation Commission Ordinance (Cap 92) but does not include a judge of the Court of Final Appeal, Justice of Appeal, a Judge of the Court of First Instance or a District Judge.
