(1) The proprietor of a factory in or in respect of which any of the provisions of regulation 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 or 18(3) is contravened shall be guilty of an offence and shall-

        (a) in respect of a contravention of regulation 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 or 18(3), be liable on conviction to a fine of $50000; and (L.N. 35 of 1994)
        (b) in respect of a contravention of regulation 14, 15 or 16 be liable on conviction to a fine of $50000; (L.N. 35 of 1994)
        (c) in respect of a contravention of regulation 17, be liable on conviction to a fine of $10000. (L.N. 35 of 1994)
(2) Any person other than a proprietor who contravenes any of the provisions of regulation 11, 12, 13, 14(3), 14(4), 15(2) or 18 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $10000.
