(1)-(2) (Repealed 17 of 2011 s. 28)
(2A) A public radiocommunications service licence (for services other than land mobile services) shall be valid for 10 years from the day on which it is granted. (L.N. 430 of 1990; L.N. 52 of 1998; 36 of 2000 s. 28; 17 of 2011 s. 28)
(2B) A fixed telecommunications network services licence shall be valid for 15 years from the day on which it is granted. (L.N. 133 of 1995; 36 of 2000 s. 28; 17 of 2011 s. 28)
