(1) The Submarine Telegraph Act 1885 (1885 c. 49 U.K.), in so far as it is part of the law of Hong Kong, is repealed.
(2) Sections 23 to 25 of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance (Cap 1) apply in relation to the repeal of Act referred to in subsection (1) as they apply in relation to the repeal of an Ordinance.
