A person who wishes to obtain a driving instructor's licence of a restricted driving instructor in respect of any group of motor vehicles shall deliver to the Commissioner- (L.N. 161 of 2000; L.N. 97 of 2001)

(a) an application in a form specified by the Commissioner and signed by the person; and
(b) the personˇ¦s identity document.
