(1) A person who is the subject of an order under section 37 or 38 may appeal to the Court of Appeal and Order 59 of the Rules of the High Court (Cap 4 sub. leg. A) applies to the appeal except that the time for serving the notice of appeal is 21 days from the date of the decision and not 28 days as provided in Order 59. (2) In an appeal under this section the Bar Council shall be the respondent.
(3) The hearing of an appeal under this section shall be in open court unless, and to the extent to which, the Court of Appeal otherwise directs.
