19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30

If the company fails to comply with any of the provisions of regulations 3(1) or (2), 5(1) or (2), 15, 17, 19 to 30 the company commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $50000 and to a further fine of $1000 for each day on which the offence continues.
