The island of Hei Ling Chau and the buildings on the island, other than those parts of the buildings in the Nei Kwu Correctional Institution, the Lai Sun Correctional Institution and the Hei Ling Chau Correctional Institution, are appointed to be an addiction treatment centre and shall be known as Hei Ling Chau Addiction Treatment Centre.
