A person who obstructs an officer in the exercise or performance of the powers and duties vested in and imposed on him by any Article of the Schedule, or who refuses or neglects to comply with any demand or direction lawfully made or given by such officer in pursuance of this Ordinance, commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine at level 6 and to imprisonment for 1 year.
