(1) Suitable schoolroom instruction and practical work on the premises shall be provided for the juveniles. Such work may consist, within reasonable limits, of the work of the Remand Home.
(2) Recreation and exercise shall be provided for the juveniles for 2 hours in each day, of which 1 hour shall be spent in exercise in the open air except in bad weather.
