No person shall sell for human consumption any cream to which an ingredient other than one specified in item 12 of the First Schedule to the Food and Drugs (Composition and Labelling) Regulations (Cap 132 sub. leg. W) has been added, and no such ingredient shall be added in an amount in excess of that permitted by that item.
