(1) Upon the death of a member or the resignation or discharge of a member from membership of the Corps the Commissioner shall cause the enrolment of such member to be cancelled.
(2) In the case of the resignation or discharge of a member a certificate of cancellation in Form V in the Second Schedule shall be signed by the Commissioner and supplied to such member.
