In this Rules, unless the context otherwise requires-
"costs order" (訟費命令) means an order for costs made under the Ordinance;
"court" (法院) includes a judge;
"disbursements" (代墊付費用) do not include any payment made out of the general revenue to a witness, interpreter or medical practitioner;
"interested party" (有利害關係的一方) means any party to the proceedings, a legal or other representative and, in the case of proceedings where the defendant is a legally aided defendant, means the Director of Legal Aid;
"taxing authority" (訟費評定當局) is to be construed in accordance with rule 5;
"wasted costs order" (虛耗訟費命令) means an order made by a court or a judge under section 18 of the Ordinance.
