Any person who obstructs or resists the Director, the senior veterinary officer, any veterinary officer, assistant veterinary officer, health officer or inspector in the exercise of any power conferred upon him by this Ordinance or any regulations made thereunder shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of $50000 and to imprisonment for three months.
