For the purposes of section 18(1)(b) of the Ordinance, a summary of the provisions of the Ordinance to be included in or attached to a copy of a note or memorandum of agreement referred to in that section shall-

(a) be in the form set out in Schedule 3; and
(b) except where otherwise approved in writing by the Registrar, be printed in the English version in type of a size not less than the type known as 8 point Times and in the Chinese version in type the face of which is not less than 2.5 mm in depth.
