(1) Any person who, in any garden of remembrance, fails to comply with any such reasonable orders, not being inconsistent with any of the provisions of the Ordinance or of these by-laws, as may be posted from time to time in such garden by or on behalf of the Council for the purpose of ensuring or facilitating the proper management of such garden or the preservation of the amenities afforded therein to persons visiting the garden, shall be guilty of an offence. (10 of 1986 s. 32(2))
(2) Any person who wilfully obstructs any member of the staff of any garden of remembrance in the carrying out of his duty therein shall be guilty of an offence.
