(1) No person shall be employed or work in any food business involving the manufacture or handling of frozen confections unless he has been immunized in accordance with such of the requirements of a notification under paragraph (2) as apply to him. (L.N. 165 of 1982)
(2) The Council may from time to time by notification published in the Gazette require persons employed or working in any food business involving the manufacture or handling of frozen confections to be immunized against such diseases as may be specified in such notification. (3) No person shall employ in any food business involving the manufacture or handling of frozen confections any person whom he knows or has reason to believe has not been immunized in accordance with paragraph (1) or a notification under paragraph (2). (L.N. 182 of 1978)
