No person shall, without lawful authority-

(a) enter upon any ferry vessel;
(b) enter upon any pier or other place reserved for a ferry service;
(c) enter upon any part of a ferry vessel which is marked with an indication that admission is prohibited or restricted; or
(d) enter upon the bridge, wheelhouse or engine room of any ferry vessel.
