(1) No person shall park any vehicle or cause or permit any vehicle to be parked in a car park other than-

        (a) in an appropriate parking space set aside by the Authority for the parking of that particular description, type or class of vehicle; or
        (b) in an appropriate parking space allocated by the Authority for the use of that person or of a particular class of persons.
(2) Where by-law 21(1) applies, no vehicle in respect of which a car park pass is issued shall be parked in a car park other than in an appropriate parking space in such car park in respect of which the car park pass is valid.
(3) In the event of a contravention of this by-law the owner of the vehicle commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $2000.
