(1) Any person who contravenes the provisions of regulation 3 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of $2000.
(2) Any licensee who-

        (a) contravenes any of the provisions of regulation 5, 12, 13(1) or 14; or
        (b) contravenes any terms or conditions imposed by the Director under the provisions of regulation 4(5) or 13(2),
shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of $1000.
(3) In the event of a contravention of any of the provisions of regulation 7 or 8, the licensee shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of $1000. (58 of 1987 s. 15)
(4) Where any offence under these regulations is a continuing offence, any person who is guilty of such offence shall, in addition to the penalty provided therefor under the provisions of paragraph (1), (2) or (3), as the case may be, be liable to a fine of $50 for each day during which it is proved to the satisfaction of the court that the offence has continued.
