(1) In every place of public entertainment (other than a cinema) and in every public dance hall, the number of watercloset fitments, urinals and lavatory basins provided shall be not less than the number specified in Table IX.

(3) For the purposes of this regulation-
- (a) the number of persons shall be determined by the Building Authority, and shall be based on the maximum capacity of the place of public entertainment or public dance hall, as the case may be; and
(b) the proportion of male persons to female persons shall be deemed to be 1:1.
