(1) The arrangements specified for the purposes of section 2(a) are the arrangements in—

(a) Articles 1 to 30 of the agreement titled “Agreement between the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of Japan for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income”

, done in duplicate at Hong Kong on 9 November 2010 in the Chinese, Japanese and English languages; and

(b) Paragraphs 1 to 8 of the protocol to the agreement, done in duplicate at Hong Kong on 9 November 2010 in the Chinese, Japanese and English languages.
