The operator of an aircraft or its handling agent shall deliver directly into the custody of an officer of the Customs and Excise Service at the airport all firearms and ammunition, as defined under section 2 of the Firearms and Ammunition Ordinance (Cap 238) and all offensive weapons, as defined under section 2 of the Public Order Ordinance (Cap 245), which are in their custody and knowingly carried by the aircraft into Hong Kong.
