This is to certify that the above-named is duly qualified in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to the Merchant Shipping (Seafarers) (Navigational Watch Ratings) Regulation to perform the duties of a rating forming part of a navigational watch, *including experience or training in-

(b) the changeover from automatic pilot to hand steering and vice versa.
