In this Regulation unless the context otherwise requires-
"College" (學院) means Academy College;
"Council member" (院務委員) means any member of the Council;
"elected Council member" (經選舉產生的院務委員) means a member of the Council elected under section 9(2)(b) of the Ordinance;
"Officer" (幹事) means a person holding an office of the Council referred to under section 9(5) of the Ordinance.
