A certificate or notification issued by or on behalf of the Society, the Law Society of England and Wales, the University of Hong Kong, the City University of Hong Kong or the City Polytechnic of Hong Kong as to the results achieved by any candidate in an examination shall be sufficient evidence of whether or not the candidate has passed or failed.
