(1) In the event of a contravention of section 4(1) or 5, the person by whom the private market is being carried on and any person taking any part in the management thereof shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine at level 3 and to imprisonment for 3 months and shall be liable in addition to a fine of $450 for each day during which it is proved to the satisfaction of the court that the offence has continued.
(2) Any person who contravenes section 22(1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine at level 3 and to imprisonment for 3 months and shall be liable in addition to a fine of $450 for each day during which it is proved to the satisfaction of the court that the offence has continued.
(3) In the event of a contravention of section 7, 9, 10, 12(1) or 13, the owner of the private market and any person taking any part in the management thereof shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine at level 3.
(4) Any licensed stallholder who contravenes section 8, 23(1), 25 or 26 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine at level 3.
(5) Any person who-

        (a) contravenes section 11(3), 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 or 24; or
        (b) fails to comply with a requirement made by the Director under section 12(2),
shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine at level 2.
