A solicitor who has undertaken continuing professional development prior to his admission shall be credited with the relevant number of CPD accreditation points for the purpose of section 5(1) or (2):
Provided that at the time of undertaking the continuing professional development an application for admission in accordance with the Admission and Registration Rules (Cap 159 sub. leg. B) current at that time had been lodged with the Society and a record kept in accordance with section 6.
