(1) A notice under section 3(1) of the Ordinance must be in accordance with Form 1 in the Schedule.
(2) A notice under section 6(2) of the Ordinance must be in accordance with Form 2 in the Schedule.
(3) A notice in Form 2 in the Schedule is valid only if the name of a public officer acting on behalf of the Authority is signed or printed on the notice.
