No person shall carry on business as a travel agent-

(a) without a licence; or
(b) at any place other than the premises specified in that licence; or
(c) otherwise than in accordance with the conditions of that licence imposed under section 11(1) or (1A). (Amended 70 of 1988 s. 3)
