1. The Government provides free online access to Hong Kong legislation through BLIS.
   
   
2. The electronic version of Hong Kong legislation in BLIS –
   
   
   1. has no legal status;
      
      
   2. is made available for information only and should not be relied on as an official version.
      
      
3. Users should refer to the Loose-leaf Edition of the Laws and the Government Gazette for the official versions of Hong Kong legislation.
